Its expanded polypropylene (EPP) closed-cell bead foam provides weight savings, impact resistance, and acts as insulation. Evaporator coils have been e-coated for durability and 28% less refrigerant is used to promote sustainability. The custom composite base pan and shroud reduce weight with a modern, stylish look. The FreshJet series is the direct replacement to Dometic's Brisk II series. The FreshJet air conditioner will include a large six pin plug (umbilical cord) to connect to either a mechanical ceiling assembly or a thermostat control kit. This is considered “plug-n-play”. Current FreshJet models are cool only and will work with any Dometic wall thermostat as long as it is connect to corresponding control box (past, present, and future controls).

Important Notice:

Brisk II models are being discontinued by Dometic and being replaced with the FreshJet 3 series. FreshJet 3 series air conditioners install the same as the Brisk II. FreshJet air conditioners are the warranty replacements for Brisk II units.

There is no heat strip option for FreshJet units. If you have a heat strip installed on your Brisk II model, it cannot carry over to your FreshJet installation.
