Buying a toilet is always a crap-shoot. (excuse the pun) You never get to try it before buying it. It's either on a high shelf in a store, or you can only find it on line. Reviews are sketchy at best. My experience turned out great. Good product, and great service.

Great height for an RV toilet and cleans on the flush nicely and brushes out easily like home toilets!! Liked this toilet so much I bought one for my mother's RV. She has no problem standing up from this beauty!! You will not be Disappointed!!!

This toilet replaced a Thetford compact "Kiddy Size" toilet that came in my RV. The compacts really should not be sold for adult use, in my opinion. What a difference this Dometic 310 toilet is. Nice big ceramic bowl and comfortable residential size toilet seat. Has a good flush-from-the-top flushing action. The slow-closing seat is a nice feature, too. A couple of quibbles with this toilet: -- I preferred the hand flush lever of the old Thetford that would lock in the flushing mode without having to hold the lever. After emptying my black tank, I refill it part way with fresh water, which with this Dometic requires me to stand for a while with my foot on the lever. -- Also, I re-used the Thetford's nice big 5/16" *BRASS* mounting bolts and nuts. The hardware supplied with the Dometic toilet is puny 1/4" *STEEL* bolts and nuts, and would certainly rust in place and make future removal of the toilet very problematic. I'd expect better from Dometic.

Toilet works great. It was easy to install. We find the foot pedal on the side easier to flush than our old toilet that had the pedal in the middle on the front. Also like the 2 inches of extra height. Delivery time was great.

A great toilet at a great price to replace the Model 300 in our RV.
