We at RV Parts Country pride ourselves on our customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund your account if the items are returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Potential returnable items must be unopened and in their original package. We can not accept returns if the product has been used or installed. We may also refund original shipping cost depending on if the return is due to factors out of the customers control.

We do not accept damaged items. Before accepting your order from the delivery service, please always inspect the merchandise. If the merchandise arrives damaged notify RV PARTS COUNTRY immediately. If you sign for damaged items you will be responsible for the cost of exchanging or returning the product. Therefore if the product arrives damaged you do have the option of not signing for it. Refusal of accepting damaged items is preferred.
We are unable to accept returns on electrical and electronic items, special orders, software, and specially made items. You may return unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. These items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All products returned must be in the original packaging and in new condition with no indication or signs of wear, installation or use.
If your product is suspected to be defective or damaged you may be required to contact the manufacturer.
In order to return items you MUST first contact customer support to retrieve a return authorization number and the correct address to ship the products back to.
